MyEduTube, Inc., recognizes the importance of privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of internet users. MyEduTube, Inc., collects personal information when you register with the site, use its services, or visit pages at MyEduTube.com (herein referred to as the "Site"). This may also be in connection with content or suggestions you submit to MyEduTube, Inc., for review.

MyEduTube, Inc., works with vendors, partners, colleges, universities, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

NOTE: Your profile (and the contents thereof) may be searchable by third-party publicly available search engines.

Collection and Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information

The Site uses cookies when you visit it. The Site may also use web beacons in conjunction with cookies. Web beacons are small strings of code that are placed in a web page. If you have arrived at the Site by clicking on a banner ad for one of our products or services, a session cookie may be used. This cookie will contain an identification number for the ad that you clicked on, or it will contain an identification number for the site that was visited when you clicked on the banner advertisement. This session cookie assists MyEduTube, Inc., in determining which of the advertisements attracts the most visitors. If, aftering arriving at the Site, you choose to request further information about our products and services, the personal information that you provide in that request will be linked to the information in the session cookie. This also assists MyEduTube, Inc., in measuring the effectiveness of its marketing. We will not use this information to target future advertisements to the users or to send emails to users about future goods and services. Users will receive emails about our products only if requested by them. The cookie will disappear once the browser is closed. If you return to the Site via another advertisement, the user will appear as a new visitor unless and until they regsiter or log in to the Site.

MyEduTube, Inc., may use persistent cookies, web beacons, and information collected in its log files about your activity at the Site to better understand how the website is used, resolve technical problems, and enhance user experience at the Site. Information from website analysis cookies or about website usage is not combined with information from any other Site cookie. Information Sharing and Disclosure

MyEduTube, Inc., will not rent, sell, or share personal information about users with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services they have requested, when we have their permission, and/or under the following circumstances:

• We (MyEduTube, Inc.) provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with MyEduTube, Inc., under confidentiality business agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from MyEduTube, Inc., and its marketing partners. However, these companies do not have the right to share this information.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes in order to establish or exercise legal rights or defend against legal claims. MyEduTube, Inc., believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person(s), violations of MyEduTube, Inc.'s, terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• MyEduTube, Inc., may transfer information about you (the User) if it is acquired by another company through a merger. In this event, MyEduTube, Inc., will notify you before transferring your information and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

MyEduTube, Inc., displays targeted advertisements based on search criteria and video information. MyEduTube, Inc., does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when the user interacts with or views a targeted advertisement. However, by interacting with or viewing a targeted advertisement, the user is consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that the user meets the targeting criteria used to display the advertisement.

Confidentiality and Security

MyEduTube, Inc., has physical and procedural safeguards in place to protect personal information about the users and has implemented reasonable security measures in order to protect both personal and non-personal information from loss, misuse, and/or unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Our staff is made aware of and is responsible for complying with these policies and procedures.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post any changes on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will also notify all registered users. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
